    • Human Resources Management : Management of a team of 17 employees in the Software & Application Management and Server & User Helpdesk departments.
    • Project management : Responsible for the implementation of software implementation and digitalization projects.
    • Application development : Design of company-specific applications and management of development.
    • IT architecture : Conceptual development of the IT architecture and ensuring system availability.
    • Governance and policies : Defining and establishing company-wide IT policies, standards and governance structures to ensure consistent processes and high IT compliance. 
    • IT Integration:  Responsibility for cross-departmental IT integration into all business processes as well as close cooperation with management to promote digitally oriented corporate development.
    • Planning : Develop, plan and implement our IT strategy together with the team.
    • Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: You are responsible for BI topics and have experience in data engineering, data analytics, and business intelligence concepts.

    What you should bring with you:

    • Professional experience : Extensive IT professional experience and several years of leadership experience in leading teams or projects are required. However, we also actively encourage applicants with less leadership experience to apply, as we value potential and development.
    • Process management : Experience in process analysis and optimization.
    • Application development : Experience in the conception and development of own applications.
    • IT architecture: Experience in the design and further development of complex IT architectures as well as understanding of system landscapes, interfaces and integration strategies.
    • Requirement Engineering : Knowledge in the field of requirement engineering.
    • Technology understanding : Good understanding of current technology stacks in software development in order to design innovative solutions, such as AI tool implementations.
    • IT systems : Experience in the analysis, evaluation and implementation of IT systems as well as understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, etc.
    • Data Analytics Tools & Business Intelligence: You have experience in using common data analytics tools and in the area of ​​business intelligence.
