    • Technical and disciplinary management of the division with the departments “Product Content Management and Customer Portals”, “Product and Configuration Master Data” and “Central Customer and Service Applications”
    • Economic, technical and organizational overall management of the division as a thought leader, initiator and innovator
    • Technical sparring partner for department heads and their teams for the effective and efficient implementation of tasks
    • Supporting department heads and their teams with regard to the provision of technically profitable hardware and software, targeted training and development measures, and process-optimizing tools in the sense of team enablement
    • Responsibility for process management as well as the strategic development and orientation of the department
    • Development of new strategies and solutions and coordination of their implementation for Hörmann worldwide
    • Working together with the heads of IT Infrastructure and SAP Applications for the strategic development of the entire IT/EDP area

    • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or business administration
    • Several years of experience in the professional and disciplinary management of executives and internationally operating teams
    • High understanding of complex IT systems such as customer portals (e-commerce), customer and service applications (Sales and Service Cloud) and product configurators
    • Knowledge of merchandise management and ERP systems
    • Leader with charisma, motivation, enthusiasm
    • Project management skills and experience as a project manager in company-wide application implementations
    • Generalist process understanding across departments and company boundaries
