  • You will be responsible for the technical management of the IT SysOps team, currently about 15 employees, including five trainees, and promote employee development through regular coaching, training and feedback meetings.
  • You coordinate and prioritize the tasks and projects within the team.
  • Together with your team, you will be responsible for the operational control and continuous optimization of our IT infrastructure and IT processes, including security policies, patch management and compliance requirements.
  • You will actively contribute innovative solutions and continuous optimisation to our IT service management.
  • Together with your team, you will ensure our smooth IT system operation as well as our IT service desk including on-site support within ecotel.
  • You will be responsible for the active management and management of IT projects within the company.
  • You will manage IT service providers as well as the sustainable procedural and economic optimization of cooperation.
